Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact. You must also provide your e-receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or deemed unsellable for hygiene reasons will NOT qualify for a return or exchange.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
